Information collected
The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, installation address, state, city or town, ZIP code, ownership, property and roof type, monthly electricity spend, battery interest and installation timeframe. The submission also includes site and source identifiers and a TrustedForm certificate URL. If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.
Use and sharing
We use quote information to route your request for installer matching and partner follow-up. The site sends submissions through our form-processing service at fluid.delivery. Independent partner solar companies receive request information to discuss your project. These partners have their own privacy practices; ask any company that contacts you how it uses and retains your information.
We use service providers to operate the website and process requests. The quote form loads TrustedForm to create a certificate associated with the request. Do not include information in a quote request that you do not want used for this matching process.
Analytics and site activity
The site includes Vercel Analytics. The hosted site also loads Cloudflare Insights, confirmed in the production page on September 19, 2026. These services support measurement of site use and performance. Hosting and service providers may process technical information about your visit. This policy does not promise that analytics collect no personal information or use no cookies.
Retention
A fixed retention period for quote records, email, processing-service records, analytics and partner copies has not been confirmed. Contact us to ask how long information linked to your request is retained and to request deletion. We do not promise automatic deletion on a particular date. Ask each partner separately about its retention and deletion practices.
Your choices
You can browse without sending a quote request. To request an opt-out from future sharing or contact, or ask about access, correction or deletion, use the email instructions on Do Not Sell or Share. Opening that page or its email link does not submit or complete a request; you must send the email. Contact partners directly to ask them to stop their own communications.
